At the trial today (May 7, 2012) of Silvio Berlusconi -- the former Italian prime minister and a billionaire charged with paying to have sex with an underage prostitute -- a witness testified that he had young women simulate oral sex with a Greek statue at a party he hosted in his Milan home, according to the Reuters website.
Chiara Danese -- a 20-year-old beauty contest winner -- shed tears today, as she told a Milan court that Berlusconi asked the women at his party to play games with a nude statue of the ancient Greek fertility god Priapus.
"He touched the girls while they simulated oral sex with the statue," she said.
Berlusconi, 75, is charged with paying for sex with Moroccan-born Karima El Mahroug in 2010 -- when she was only 17 -- and then abusing the power of his office by getting her freed from police custody after she had been arrested for theft.
