Sharon Stone's Former Nanny Rips Her in Lawsuit; Opposed Nanny Attending Church, Reading Bible

The Blaze website reports today (May 26, 2012) that Erlinda Eleman -- the former nanny of Sharon Stone's children -- filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on May 23, claiming that the Hollywood icon mocked both her Filipino heritage and her Christian beliefs.

The actress -- best known for her stellar performance in the still-popular movie "Basic Instinct" -- is also accused in the lawsuit of wrongfully terminating Eleman's contract to work with the family due to a dispute regarding overtime pay.

The lawsuit says that Stone criticized the nanny for regularly attending church, and told her she could not read the Bible -- even in her own room.

Stone, 54, has three adopted sons -- 12-year-old Roan, 7-year-old Laird, and 5-year-old Quinn.
