A government press release issued today (February 23, 2018) states that the late Rev. Billy Graham will be brought to the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, February 28, where he will lie in the Rotunda until Thursday, March 1, according to the Christian Headlines website.
The press release states: "Members of the public and Capitol Hill community are invited to pay their respects to the late reverend while he lies in rest. Further logistical information and media guidance will be issued in the coming days."
House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell plan to take part in the bicameral service.
