The Washington Times website reports today (August 11, 2011) that the Florida pastor who made world headlines and sparked deadly riots abroad after he threatened to burn the Koran -- which he later did after putting it on trial -- is planning to visit the Big Apple to speak out against radical Islam on the 10th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
The Rev. Terry Jones -- along with his associate, Pastor Wayne Sapp -- will take their anti-Islamist message to New York City on September 11, including a planned rally and visits to Ground Zero and the controversial site of the Park 51 "Ground Zero mosque."
Rev. Jones -- who leads the Gainesville, Florida-based Dove World Outreach Center -- is the author of a book that is critical of Islam titled "Islam Is of the Devil."
