Construction Begins on Trump's Border Wall; Begins in San Diego Where Ground Is Dug Up

Homeland Security revealed it began construction on September 26 on the prototypes for President Trump's new border wall, the Washington Times website reports today (September 28, 2017).

In a short notice, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said the building began in San Diego, California on eight prototypes.

The agency released a video showing equipment being unloaded and the ground being dug out at the site.

The prototypes are designed to test new approaches, materials, strategies, and technology, as Homeland Security pushes forward with Trump's goal of preventing terrorists from entering the country by building a U.S.-Mexico border wall.
