New Govt. of Egypt Has 1st Sex-Slave Marriage; Woman to Husband: "I Enslave Myself to You"

The Europe News website reports today (July 6, 2012) that Egypt's "first sex-slave marriage" took place mere days after the Muslim Brotherhood's Muhammad Morsi became president.

On July 2, the Egyptian TV show Al Haqiqa (The Truth) showed a video clip of a man, Abd al-Rauf Awn, marrying his slave.

He made the woman repeat after him the Koran's rite of marriage.

But instead of saying the usual, "I marry myself to you," the woman said, "I enslave myself to you," kissing him in front of an applauding audience.
