At least six people were killed and 20 patients were taken to area hospitals after London police responded tonight (June 3, 2017) to two terrorist incidents, as a van plowed into pedestrians on London Bridge and several stabbings occurred at Borough Market, according to the Yahoo News website.
United Kingdom Prime Minister Theresa May confirmed the incidents are "being treated as a potential act of terrorism."
London Mayor Sadig Khan also called it terrorism, saying, "The Metropolitan Police are responding to the horrific terrorist attack at London Bridge and Borough Market."
Police killed all three men who got out of the van and started stabbing people in Borough Market.
