The president of the European Council said today (October 25, 2017) that the UK could still decide to reverse Brexit and remain a member of the European Union (EU), according to the Independent (British) website.
Donald Tusk said negotiations could end in "no Brexit" if the British government agreed to that.
Speaking at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France, Tusk said, "It is in fact up to London how this will end: With a good deal, no deal, or no Brexit."
In December, 2017, MPs will hold a non-binding debate on the possibility of a second referendum on the final deal.
