The Christian Broadcast Network website reports today (June 3, 2012) that an Arkansas family is upset that their son was denied admission to Little Rock Christian Academy because they are Mormons.
The private school is allowed to deny admission on the basis of religion because it does not accept federal funding.
The family of four-year-old Samuel Duncan expressed surprise at the decision.
Gary Arnold -- the school director -- said the Mormon faith doesn't align with the school's beliefs.
