Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte -- who last month called President Obama a "son of a whore" -- said today (October 4, 2016) during a meeting that "President Obama can go to hell," according to The Daily Beast website.
Duterte was said to be upset that the U.S. has criticized his deadly anti-drug campaign in the Philippines.
He also lashed out at the European Union (EU), which has also denounced his controversial effort. The EU, he said, "better choose Purgatory. Hell is filled up."
Since taking office in June, Duterte's crackdown has resulted in the extrajudicial killings of some 3,000 drug suspects. He said last week that he wants to be like Adolf Hitler (who was responsible for killing some six million Jews during World War II), and kill millions of suspected drug addicts.
