A video by a Catholic priest in which he condemns Democrats as "godless" and warns Catholics not to voter for them, has gained the approval of at least one American bishop, the Religion News website reports today (September 7, 2020).
"Here's a memo for clueless. baptized Catholics out there," said the Rev. James Altman , pastor of St. James the Less Catholic parish in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, in the video.
Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler, Texas endorsed the video on Twitter.
The video includes photos of former Vice President Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- both Roman Catholics -- who strongly support abortion, even though it is condemned by the Catholic Church.
