The Daily Mail (British) website reports today (December 17, 2011) that the creme de la creme of Southern belles have decided that Kim Kardashian has neither class nor breeding.
The National League of Junior Cotillions (NLJC) have dubbed Kardashian, 31, the "Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011." She tops their annual list "for making a private matter public and disrespecting the institution of marriage."
NLJC National Director Elizabeth Anne Winters said, "The annual selections are based on the demonstration of dignity, honor, and respect."
On the other hand, Kate Middleton -- the Duchess of Cambridge who married Prince William of England last April -- has been named by the NLJC as the Best-Mannered Person of 2011 "for the poise and dignity with which she conducts herself in the public spotlight."
