The Trump administration has disclosed that Iran is behind the construction of several underground tunnels leading into Israel that Hezbollah militants and other terror forces have been using to conduct attacks, the Free Beacon website reports today (December 16, 2018).
Senior U.S. officials say these tunnels mark a massive escalation by Iran's terror proxies. They also believe that Iran is planning a "massive regional war" in the Middle East.
The Israeli military destroyed several of these tunnels during the past week.
The U.S. has ensured Israel of its complete support, as Israel works to thwart Iran's terror enterprise.
