Russia will allocate two million dollars in order to restore Kosovo's Orthodox shrines, the Orthodox Church Info blog reports today (November 30, 2010).
An agreement on this matter was signed today in UNESCO's Paris headquarters by Director General of UNESCO Irina Bokova and Russia's permanent representative Eleonora Mitrofanova.
Four churches will be restored, including the Monastery of the Patriarchate of Pec, Visoki Decani Monastery, Gracanica Monastery, and the Church of Our Lady of Ljevis.
