Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) acknowledged today (September 13, 2018) that she has a secret document concerning Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh that she refuses to share, despite requests to do so from fellow Democrats on the Senate judiciary committee, according to the Yahoo News website.
"I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court," Feinstein said in a statement.
The California Democrat -- who is the senior minority member of the Senate judiciary committee -- has refused to answer questions about the document, indicating she is trying to delay or deny Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination.
Multiple sources have said the document in question concerns potential sexual misconduct involving Kavanaugh and a woman when they were both in high school.
