Turkish President Recep Erdogan has claimed that Russia and Ukraine have agreed to exchange 200 prisoners,the Euro News website reports today (September 20, 2022).
Erdogan told PBS that the deal was a "significant" step forward.
Erdogan, who met with Russian President Vladimir Putin last week in Uzbekistan, said the Kremlin "wants to end the war as soon as possible."
