The Taliban beat up several journalists today (October 21, 2021) to prevent media coverage of a women's rights demonstration in Kabul, Afghanistan's capital, according to the Euro News website.
One foreign journalist was hit with a rifle butt by a Taliban fighter, while another fighter punched him.
At least two other journalists were hit as they scattered, pursued by Taliban fighters throwing kicks.
