Nine people were transported from a Hampton Inn in Marysville, Oho to area hospitals last night in what an official called a carbon monoxide poisoning, the USA Today website reports today (January 30, 2022).
Marysville Fire Chief Jay Riley said the source of the carbon monoxide was unclear.
Seven of the people taken to the hospital were considered in critical condition, Marysville Police Chief Tony Brooks said. Two others were treated at the scene, and five more sought treatment on their own at a Marysville hospital.
