Trump Team Drafting Middle East Peace Plan; "Ultimate Deal" to End Israel-Palestinian Feud

Seeking what he calls "the ultimate deal," President Trump and his advisors are drafting a Middle East peace plan to end the bitter land dispute between Israel and the Palestinians, the Christian Headlines website reports today (November 15, 2017).

Trump's peace plan is expected to address the status of Jerusalem and settlements in the West Bank.

Also, Trump is believed to be in favor of a two-state solution, which has been central to previous negotiating efforts.

Jason Greenblatt, the president's chief negotiator, said: "Our goal is to facilitate, not dictate, a lasting peace agreement to improve the lives of Israelis and Palestinians and security across the region."
