Museum of the Bible Opens in D.C. This Week; Calls on People to Engage with Impact of Bible

The highly anticipated Museum of the Bible is opening in Washington, D.C. this Friday, November 17, the Christian Headlines website reports today (November 14, 2017).

"The Museum of the Bible promises to be "an innovative, global, educational institution whose purpose is to invite all people to engage with the history, narrative and impact of the Bible," according to its website.

It will feature recreations of the Israelite Temple, towns where Jesus walked, and many other displays and interactive features.

Steve and Jackie Green are the co-founders of the Museum. "We have the confidence that if we are true to pointing people to this book, true to the facts, that God will show up and He will impact people's lives," Steve Green said.
