Fourty-Six Migrants Found Dead in San Antonio; Believed to Have Died from Heat Exhaustion

At least 46 people, believed to be migrants from Mexico, were found dead in a truck that was abandoned in San Antonio, Texas, the Need2Know website reprts today (June 28, 2022). 

At least 16 others, including four children, suffering from heat exhaustion and dehydration, were taken to local hospitals.

Three people have been taken into custody, San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said.
