A mosque in northern France has been ordered closed for six months for "inciting violence," the Euro News website reports today (December 28, 2021).
The prefecture of the Olse department said the large mosque in Beauvais closed for "inciting hatred," "violence," and "apology of jihad."
France's interior minister, Gerald Darmanin, ordered the mosque closed because of "unacceptable preachings" against Christians, homosexuals, and Jews.
