The Iowa legislature has given final approval to a heartbeat law that will protect babies from abortions, the Life News website reports today (July 12, 2023).
The bill now goes to pro-life Gov. Kim Reynolds to sign.
The new law wold make Iowa the next state to provide legal protection to babies before birth.
