Ukraine hsd submitted an official application to join NATO, President Volodymyr Zelensky said after Moscow annexed four Ukrainian regions, the Euro News website reports today (October 1, 2022).
"We are de facto allies already," Zelensky said.
"Ukraine is applying to confirm de jure by an expedited procedure," he added.
