Vladimir Putin would sacrifice 20 million Russian soldiers to win the war with Ukraine and ensure his political survival, the Sky News website reports today (October 23, 2022).
Boris Bondarev , an exiled Russian diplomat, told Sky News that Putin's "luck is over."
Bondarev said, "You have to understand that, if he loses the war, it will be the end of him."
