Loughlin Goes to Prison for Two-Month Sentence; Full House Star Paid USC $500K to Accept 2 Girls

Lori Loughlin reported to prison today (October 30, 2020) in the college admissions scandal, the Yahoo News website reports.

The "Full House" actress, 56, surrendered to the Federal Bureau of Prisons and will be serving out her two-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California.

Loughlin will be released from prison just before the new year.

After fighting the charges for more than a year, Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannuli, agreed to plead guilty in the scam, which saw them pay $500,000 to college admissions fixer William "Rick" Singer to get their two daughters into the University of Southern California as crew recruits, despite neither having participated in the sport.
